
Yes, it is Windows Phone. The soon to be published Smartphone OS at one time called Windows Mobile 6.5. The folks across at The Inquirer were given a presentation of what was named the final build up of the OS and they passed to accept a video recording photographic camera available to get things like the Zune-ish UI, Marketplace for Windows Phone, the free My Phone sync service, Microsoft Tag and a whole bunch of additional goodies that are certain to acquire the WinMo freaks out there fired up.

One particularly interesting tidbit from the video: Microsoft will not now, nor ever refer to the OS as Windows Mobile 6.5, referring to it only as Windows Phone: “We don’t even refer to the operating system because it’s part of the whole long term strategy of releases coming out.” Yeah, good luck with that.
