New Motorola E11 has been announced. This phone comes with Linux OS, a low-to-mid range all-touchscreen device, dual-band GSM/GPRS (900/1800 MHz) radio. Please note that Motorola E11 is targeted at the mainstream Chinese market (where Moto’s got a reasonably booming business) without 3G or global roaming capability.
